Do you travel?
I do! If travelling more than 25km from Kemptville, ON, I ask that you compensate my mileage for $0.5/km. If travelling outside of Ottawa, I ask that you please take care of my stay and travel expenses.
Can you edit my photos to whiten my teeth, smooth wrinkles, etc?
Au naturel is my thing. If there is a glaring somethin' going on in your photo, let me know and I'll see what I can do. Intense editing will require additional fees.
Do you have a studio or do indoor shoots?
Nope! Golden Moments Photo Co. specializes in outdoor and natural photography.
How do we get our photos?
You will receive a link to your very own online gallery that will be password protected. You can save all of your photos from there. They will be accessible on Pixieset for 365 days. *Weddings are provided with additional USB.
Can you send me the RAW files or the entire gallery?
Nope! So much magic happens behind the scenes and I carefully curate your collection for you. If there's a photo you think I missed that you would really like, just ask.
What's your turn around time?
I can take anywhere between 1 week-3 weeks, depending on your package. I'm pretty quick, but girl's got a full time job too. You know? Thanks for your patience.

Can I re-edit your photos?
I know IG filters are the bomb and so easy to use. This is a no-no as it ruins the integrity of my style as a photographer, and my style is why you chose me, right? Please don't edit my photos yourself. If you would like me to change something about your photos, please send me a message. Re-editing may require additional cost.
Can I post our photos on social mediia?
Hell yeah! Please tag me when you are sharing your photos and your story. I want to celebrate with you.

What should we wear?
Message me for a Photoshoot Outfit guide. I'd be happy to help you! But just make sure it's something comfortable and authentically you.
Do you do prints?
Currently no, but you provided full printing rights to your photos. Need assistance? Just ask!
